Dear parent/guardian,
We are Flying Futures and are delighted to be bringing our very popular and well established
HAF provision to you this Summer. We are a CIC with 15 years experience in delivering
enriching youth programmes across Yorkshire and Humber, North East and the East
Midlands. Camp Hutton Cranswick is a funded activity programme which will provide
children with a healthy meal and snacks, as well as themed activities throughout the week.
Your child will get to take part in a mixture of multi sports, arts & crafts, team challenges,
community challenges and more!
This is a nationally funded provision. To be eligible for a place your child must reach one of
the following cohorts as stipulated by the DfE: In receipt of benefit related free school meals
or have an EHCP. If you do not reach one of these cohorts, there is a possibility you will be
able to take a place, but these are very limited.
Location: Hutton Cranswick SRA, YO25 9ES
Dates: Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th July
Time: 10am-2pm
Age: 5-11 years old
All places are on a first come first served basis and are not confirmed until we have
contacted you, we anticipate this provision to sell out quickly. Please ensure you provide as
much detail about your child as possible, this is the information we use to support your child
