Joint event
On Friday, Friends of the Earth came to speak to our Year 4 children about their work and the importance of caring for the environment. This is linked with the work we have been doing in Religion and Worldviews this term. Through our RW network with Northfield Infants School, and because they also study environmentalism as part of their RW curriculum, the Y2 children from Northfield also joined us for this informative and inspiring talk. The children were encouraged to become 'Eco-influencers' by getting the message out to everyone they know!
